Changing the --parallelism argument of a compute node can cause desync in worker parallelism.
Changes in the CPU limit of the container can also lead to worker parallelism desync.
In version 1.6.0, manual adjustments are required when scaling up or down a node in the cluster to avoid worker overwork.
Automatic procedures for adjusting parallelism will be implemented in upcoming versions.
