How can I connect RisingWave to JetBrains products like PyCharm and DataGrip?

I am facing issues connecting RisingWave to JetBrains products like PyCharm and DataGrip. The connection attempt fails with error [08001]. Tianyi Zhuang mentioned testing nightly RisingWave for DataGrip connection. How can I connect RisingWave to JetBrains products successfully?
