Can Citus CDC in RisingWave work when the Citus server fails over?

I am wondering if the Citus CDC in RisingWave is capable of functioning when the Citus server undergoes failover events. Eric mentioned that the CDC connectors currently only support connecting to the primary PG instance due to a limitation from Debezium.

The Citus CDC in RisingWave does not support working when the Citus server fails over.
The CDC connectors are designed to connect only to the primary PG instance.
This limitation is due to the current support from Debezium.
