Is there a plan to support binlog replication for risingwave without Kafka like Flink CDC?

Sunisdown inquired about the possibility of setting up a data pipeline without Kafka for risingwave, similar to Flink CDC. Eric mentioned that they are working on it and expected to release it by the end of the month.

Yes, we are developing native CDC for risingwave, similar to Flink CDC.
The first two supported CDC sources are MySQL and Postgres.
The progress of native CDC can be followed through the demo at risingwave-demo.
The code is currently in a private repo, but testing can be done using the docker image ghcr.io/risingwavelabs/risingwave-connector-node:v0.0.5.
