RisingWave currently does not support stateful functions or changing SQL randomly on the fly for general cases.
RisingWave does support creating one Materialized View(MV) on top of another MV, which may solve a subset of cases of upgrading business logic.
The team is considering how to efficiently support changing SQL and state mutation in RisingWave in the future.
