How to remove a "lock" when recreating a cluster?

I encountered the error called Result::unwrap()on anErr value: ObjectStore(Internal error: Data directory is already used by another cluster with id, how can I remove the "lock"?

Make sure to remove the specific file causing the lock.
Ensure that etcd persisted data are removed and s3 directory is cleaned when recreating the cluster.
Avoid purging data unintentionally, as it may lead to data loss.
Check for metadata loss in etcd if encountering errors related to cluster ID conflicts.
