Is risingWave’s data just kept in memory and all lost if the service is restarted?

I'm wondering if the data in risingWave is only stored in memory and whether it will be lost if the service is restarted.

No, risingWave's data is not just kept in memory. To ensure data persistence, you need to start a full cluster with etcd and minio.
