Should I use Flink for real-time data processing and RisingWave for query, reporting, and dashboarding?
I came to the party late, following reading the article https://www.singularity-data.com/blog/is-risingwave-the-next-apache-flink/|https://www.singularity-data.com/blog/is-risingwave-the-next-apache-flink/. My question is, what do you think if I use flunk for real-time data processing and rising wave for query, reporting, dashboarding, especially given the PostgreSQL wire protocol meaning exiting support for query and reporting tools?

- RisingWave offers the capability of serving as a database, allowing access to data directly.
- For real-time data processing, consider using SQL with either RisingWave or Flink SQL.
- RisingWave is cost-effective and faster than Flink for certain use cases.
- RisingWave does not provide Java API, so Java code may need to be converted to SQL for use with RisingWave.
