RisingWave Community - Is egress free for AWS customers when moving out of the platform?

AWS offers free data transfer out to the internet when moving out of the platform.
The free egress is provided as credits for the data being migrated.
Customers do not need to close their account or change their relationship with AWS.
The offer is subject to approval at the AWS account level.
It is not applicable for customers who are actively running on the platform, but specifically for those leaving the platform.
