Is egress free for AWS customers when moving out of the platform?
I'm trying to understand if AWS offers free egress for customers when they are moving out of the platform based on the discussion thread shared.

- Customers do not need to close their account or change their relationship with AWS.
- The offer is subject to approval at the AWS account level.
